Dear Parents and Carers

I am pleased to announce our School Leaders for 2022. I would like to take this chance to thank the Year 5 teachers and assistants for their work in preparing all the students for their leadership roles next year. It was a wonderful privilege to listen to all the presentations made by the students this week.  They showed courage, diligence and respect in presenting their visions of themselves as leaders. I am confident that all our Year 6 leaders in 2022 will lead our school community with pride.  Congratulations to all our future leaders on a wonderful start to their senior year journey.

St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal

Thank you to the families who have already sent in items for the class Christmas hampers. 
This activity is a great way to involve our students in a real act of service to others in this up and coming Christmas period and reminds us all that Christmas is a time of giving to others.

Our hampers will be gifted to Vinnies' representatives at our Thanksgiving Mass on Wednesday, 1st December. All donations to school by Tuesday, 30th November. 

Thanksgiving Mass

Parents and families are invited to join us for our Thanksgiving Mass on Wednesday, 1st December at 9am. This is an opportunity for us to gather as a community to pray for the blessings and gifts of the year. It is also a chance to wish students, families and staff leaving the school all the best in their new adventures.

Thank you to the many parents who have helped in our classrooms and school events throughout the year. Your assistance with reading, walking to the pool, helping on excursions, Athletics Day and Swimming carnivals, assistance in the library and many other ways builds the wonderful sense of community at Joey's.

Semester Reports

Semester Two Reports will be published via Compass on Friday 3rd December at 12pm.  You will need your Compass username and password to access these reports.  Please see the office if you do not have this information. 

Reports for Year 6 students and those leaving St Joseph’s will need to be downloaded before 30th December. This will allow our office staff to facilitate the rollover of data for 2021.
