Mercy Awards

Love

Alice Daniell Alice demonstrates the Mercy Value of love every day. Whether in the classroom or out in the playground, Alice shows her kind, friendly and compassionate nature. She includes others, helps others when hurt and happily shares her resources during lessons. Alice is a great buddy in class, helping other students with tasks if needed. Thank you, Alice. Your love towards others is appreciated by all who know you. Continue to shine!
Skylar Bathurst Skylar is receiving the Mercy Value of Love Award for her selflessness and genuine care for others. Over the past few weeks, Skylar has faced some difficult decisions but has always put the needs of her classmates before her own. Her thoughtfulness and kindness have made a real difference to those around her. Skylar, your ability to show compassion and care for others is truly inspiring, and you are a wonderful example of what it means to live the Mercy Value of Love.

Tasman Place

Tasman shows the Mercy value of love through his kind and caring actions every day. He is a gentle friend who always looks out for others and includes everyone. Tasman is thoughtful and helpful, and makes sure others feel supported and valued. He shows love by making the right choices, speaking kindly, and treating everyone with respect. Tasman makes our classroom a warm and welcoming place just by being himself. We are lucky to have him in Year 3. Well done, Tasman!
Community
Delilah Roy

Delilah consistently lives out the Mercy Value of Community through her caring and compassionate nature. She is a thoughtful friend to everyone, always ready to lend a helping hand and support others with kindness. Delilah’s genuine care for her classmates, especially in times of need, helps create a classroom where everyone feels valued and included. Keep being you Delilah!

Penelope Ogg 

Penny consistently shows the Mercy Value of Community as she always offers a helping hand around the classroom, supports others with her kindness and makes sure everyone feels included. She is also a confident member of our school community, always saying hello to others with a friendly smile. Penny’s kindness and respect towards all members of our school community make our classroom a better place. Thank you, Penny, for being a shining example of what it means to live out the value of Community!

Gabriel Hebron

Gabriel consistently demonstrates strong Mercy Values in all he does. He participates in prayer with deep reverence and sincerity, setting a beautiful example for others.

Gabriel is always ready to lend a helping hand for the common good of the classroom, quietly and humbly serving others without seeking recognition or praise. His actions speak of a true servant leader.

He is also a kind and compassionate friend—always considerate, inclusive, and thoughtful in his interactions. Gabriel’s presence in 6B enriches our class in so many ways, and we are truly grateful to have him as part of our school community.

Henry Vincent

Henry consistently leads by example, quietly offering to help—whether it's putting away sports trolleys without being asked or assisting around the school with errands, always with a cheerful and willing attitude.

In both the classroom and the playground, Henry shows a deep sense of responsibility and respect. He demonstrates outstanding sportsmanship and resilience during sports carnivals, celebrating others’ successes and giving his all, no matter the outcome.

Henry is a positive role model for younger students and a valued member of 6B. His willingness to serve, his strong character, and his kind nature make him a true asset to our school community. We are grateful for all he brings to our school each day.

Archer Story

Archer has shown a strong commitment to extending himself in his learning. He listens attentively and remains fully engaged in lessons, making the most of every learning opportunity. Archer consistently demonstrates a desire to succeed and brings a joyful, positive attitude to all that he does. He is always eager to help others, often the first to raise his hand and volunteer when needed. Archer is a fantastic role model for his peers and a true asset to our classroom. Keep shining, Archer!

Ari Verzeletti

Ari is a quiet achiever who consistently demonstrates focus and dedication across all learning areas. He always strives to do his best and completes his work to a high standard. Ari is a kind and caring student who is sensitive to the needs of others and contributes to a positive and respectful classroom environment. His cooperative, thoughtful nature makes him a valued member of 4B. Congratulations on your fantastic efforts, Ari!

Max Sinanan

Max is receiving the Mercy Value of Community Award for his outstanding support during our Year 5 camp activities. Whilst participating in the high ropes course, Max not only faced his own fears but also helped others by offering encouragement and assistance. His willingness to support his classmates shows the true spirit of community, and his actions made a significant impact on those around him. Max, your kindness and selflessness are greatly appreciated, and you are a valued member of our class.
Excellence

Harrison Brown

Harrison consistently demonstrates the Mercy Value of Excellence through his dedicated and enthusiastic approach to learning. He always strives to do his best, showing great care and effort in every task. Harrison’s friendly nature and willingness to share his knowledge with others make him a valued and encouraging classmate. You should be proud of your hard work and efforts Harrison. Aria O’Neil Aria has demonstrated outstanding rigour this term. She has been working hard on her reading fluency and is also on her writing, which is showing some impressive progress. Aria is consistently on task and pushes herself to complete all her learning tasks to the best of her ability. Aria, keep up the great work!
 Alex Fenlon

Alex is receiving the Mercy Value of Excellence Award for his consistent effort and creativity across all subjects. He regularly impresses his teachers with the thoughtfulness he brings to each task. In Maths, Alex approaches problems with unique solutions, and in English, he demonstrates deep thinking, providing creative and descriptive responses. His steady commitment to doing his best is evident in all areas of his learning. Alex, your effort and thoughtful approach to your studies are greatly appreciated.
